  • All prices are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD), unless otherwise indicated.

  • Prices do not include VAT, taxes, duties, or tariffs applicable in the destination country.

  • Taxes and additional charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

  • We accept payments through the methods indicated at checkout (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

  • Payment must be completed in full to confirm the order.

  • All transactions are securely processed through third-party payment service providers.

      5. Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from Guadalajara, Mexico, to anywhere in the world.

  • Delivery times and costs depend on the destination and are calculated at checkout.

  • Customers are responsible for import duties and customs fees in their country.

  • Five Motion is not responsible for delays attributable to courier services or customs processes.

      6. Returns and Cancellations

  • Due to the nature of our products (limited editions and collectibles), cancellations or returns for change of mind are not accepted.

  • Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

  • Damage during transport (reported within 48 hours of delivery).

  • Order error (wrong piece received).
